Yes, and easily back again. You then have either configuration as circumstances dictate. I bought my MK 19 as yoke, added the DIN kit which I use in the states, convert to yoke when I travel.

There are yoke valves, DIN valves, and hybrid valves that are easily convertible to either one. Regulators are either DIN or yoke, but adapters are available to convert.

At one time SP made a DIN conversion kit specifically for the Mk5. I have one on my Mk5, but I bought it decades ago. They are very rare.
