I assume the body of your D6 is stainless steel. If that is the case, we do have the cover and the screws. Let us know if you're interested.

@guysie, We do have a few D6 back plate screws that we use to replace the old ones when a D6 with bad screws is sent to us for service. Post a picture of the exact D6 screw you need because they come in different heads and colors to see if we have those.

Yes, definitively install a new O-ring if you change the battery yourself. We never, ever service a dive computer without replacing the O-ring.
