I was thinking a black fin with reflective tape might be cool. But seeing your post, I'll stick to black ones to avoid the humiliation of being called a "yellow shiny V":D

I thought the dial on the right side turned down the output. Have you checked to see where your mode dial is pointing? If its properly set in TTL (not accidentally moved to manual 1 or 2), you may also need to check the optical fibre link for damages. Hope this helps Kaza
