Unconscious divers are notorious for having bad trim, regardless of their kit or diving philosophy.

I've also had a few who didn't certify full OWD and a few who washed out entirely. In each case, it was their choice. I don't quit on students, but they've got to be competent for certification.

I once intentioanlly sucked the bottom out of a steel 72 @ 115'. The ascent seemed long, but was uneventful.
