Cogaritis, you've now had two lengthy threads where you ask for advice about your diving dreams. Unfortunately you don't seem to be listening to the answers. If I recall correctly you have been denied entry to at least one commercial dive school because their physician declined to clear you for...
My Toyota dealer provided me with a non-chipped valet key free of charge. I ziptie it to a boltsnap and clip it to the d-ring in my drysuit pocket. I leave my regular keys hidden in my truck. The valet key opens the door but won't start the engine.

The City isn't keen on giving Cannery Row businesses parking, unfortunately. There's a single 24-minute space in front of the shop and one hour spaces on either side. Other Thant that there at metered spaces on the hillside next to the shop.

Dove Lobos last Thursday and Friday. The viz varied from 15' near the boat ramp to 45' at Middle Reef. The water was a bit milky in the shallows.
Viz at Breakwater was 10-15' the past few days.
In other news the new BreakWater dive shop is now open. I'm not going to spam the list so if you'd...
If you do that let it steep in the sauce for an hour wrapped in foil on the smoker. The sauce will caramelize on the meat and finish the flavor perfectly. I do that with my smoked ribs all the time.

If it's still open avoid Narragansett Pier Diving like the plague. Charlie Walpole talks a good game, then tries to sell you a basic class for almost $500.
Viz was good at Breakwater this afternoon - about 15'. Chop at the surface, surge below and the incessant noise from the engines of the cruise ship moored in the bay made it less than pleasant however.

Selling my SMS 100 as I don't dive sidemount any more and have a smaller wing for OC back mount. No mods done, maybe 40 dives on it, excellent condition, comes with bungees.
$450 + shipping.
Thanks!

I tried a braided 7' hose and promptly got rid of it after one dive. The coil of hose floating around my head may have given me a nice halo but it wasn't conducive to a good dive. WAY too floaty.

It's the Honduran divers of the Miskito Coast, and it's for real. The waters at depths shallower than 150' have been stripped so they have to go deep to get bugs for sale. It's not uncommon for them to do 12-15 dives in a day. A VERY high percentage of them get bent, and many are paralyzed or...
Narragansett has some ok beach diving. Unless you have bottomless pockets you probably want to stay away from the Narragansett Pier dive shop.
And if you're interested in archeological diving Google Dr. Kathy Abbas from RIMAP - the Rhode Island Marine Archeology Project. They're always looking...
I'd call Guinness, since the largest one ever accurately reported was about 14'.
And in the octo video you're talking about the GPO was about 8'. I had a long conversation with the videographer in a Monterey dive shop and he confirmed it.
