Not at all, and I understand. Your original post now. It sounded like the copyright owner had no input into the matter but just started being paid for their music being used. If they agree it's no longer infringement. :)
Thank you for clarifying.

Really? The three options I know YouTube uses are as follows:
- Remove your video entirely from your account
- Mute the audio on your video or;
- Allow the copyrighted music or other audio in your video, with additional links in Amazon.com and iTunes to the original source (available for...
Are you diving air that deep, Peter?
I hope that's not the only reason you want to get Trimix certified. It's not worth the expense just for that.

What temp did he normally dive in? We dive in the Puget Sound in the winter in temps closer to 40 with no appreciable brain freeze, and 30ft is awfully shallow for that level of narcosis regardless of the water temp.

I'd recommend Dan's book "The Missing Ones" too. I'm hoping to dive the Steele Dodge one of these years once I get a scooter and get comfortable with it.
Oh, the Warren wreck is a gravesite too, Avonthediver. Mr. Warren's femur and skullcap were only recovered in the last 9 years or so.

It's very well known in Washington state. Nowadays you need a Parks permit to dive it and the Parks Service isn't very forthcoming with them unless you have a legitimate reason beyond "it's a cool dive".

What started all this was the OP, who stated in the very first post in this thread that he didn't take a bottom timer with him on the cave dive he claims to have done. He continues to claim that if you know the cave system you're diving a bottom timer isn't required.

The SAFT is just SLIGHTLY larger than the AA battery in both length and diameter. It's actually a little more difficult to slide into the Petrel battery compartment. That seems to make the difference.

Agreed. A quick Google search reveals that exact phrase - "longest sub-aquatic cave system in Europe" appears on only one indexed page on the Internet. Coincidentally enough that same page doesn't name the cave, just like gianaameri won't.
Troll it is.

I don't think a firmware upgrade will make any difference. I believe it's a hardware issue.
My Petrel displayed identical behavior repeatedly, and different AA batteries didn't fix it. I finally switched to a SAFTT battery and the problem disappeared. The Petrel battery compartment spring...
I think people are a little jump after the recent Eagle's Nest fatalities. I know I am. Seeing someone say (and I am of course paraphrasing) "I'm not a cave diver but it intrigues me. I don't plan on diving this cave but does anyone have a map of it?" makes me a little nervous. We don't need any...
