I want that "200+ feet solo bouncy dive on a way to small tank with no back up" - card, this exercise seemes to have been very popular during the last decades, must be several agencies providing it.
I guess the front would have a picture of a skull and a cross with R.I.P on it...
PADI for all my three certifications so far because that was what they had where I made the OW-class and for the AOW it was the same thing. My local shop here in Shanghai does PADI and NAUI.
Got: OW, AOW, Enriched air diver
I found some info on a Swesish board saying that in a Croatian article it said that she was Tri-mix certified. Cannot find the info now tho.
This still does not exclude the possibility it was a deep air dive tho.
Around Manilla there are three famous places.
Subic Bay, A lot of wrecks, need AOW at least since it is deep. I recommend Johans Dive resort where I did my OW.
Anilao, "Macro Heaven", never been there. It is the closest to Manilla.
Puerto Galera, I was there diving half a year ago, really...
If the local shop will not help you, check the warranty info in your manual / package and contact the number / adress given there. That would put you in direct contact with the manufacturers staff and not the lazy local dive shop. It seems like they just do not want to help you...

Yes, anyone should anytome be able to abort a dive I aggree to 100%, but if they where taken by their guide to a place that was better suitable for their training they could have gotten a full dive and a much better experience for their money and not having need to abort it, I think this is a...
I aggree on most that Devon Diver says, however, if they where relatively unexperienced (which we do not know) they might have needed a bit more support in making the right choises and maybe the dive sites that was chooses should not have been chooses due to the level of dificulty. Personally I...
Driving a car with good training and no license.
Flying comercial aircrafts with good training and no license.
Diving with good training and no license.
It all works (yes the aircraft thing happened, a Swedish guy flew for 20 years for several companies and started out with a homemade...
No mask can be terrible if one let the bubbles go in the nose, did you do thins? I hated it and wanted to abort until I figured out that I should look down (what the instructor told me before but I forgot...) and let the bubbles pass over my neck instead of into my nose =)
