For those of you on this thread who just got back; did anyone wear drysuits? I would think by changing the undergarments that the drysuit might work better where there is a lot of change in temps in the water. Added plus is that you're dry on the boat between dives.

I know what you mean. With the 12-50, you can shoot macro, then get some nice medium fish photos, and then on the surface, you can get some great boat photos, all with the same lens.

Thanks Jim! I also have the 12-50mm lens. I recently came back from a trip on the Rocio Del Mar to the Sea of Cortez where there are huge numbers of jawfish and pikeblennies. While I could get photos of them, I felt the macro setting on the 12-50 didn't quite have the "reach" I really needed.

Orenbvip is talking about the new Olympus 8mmFE that is a 1.8. At this time, there's no Nauticam port available for it. The Panasonic 8mm FE works great in the 4.33" Nauticam port, however it is a 3.5 aperture lens.
