Funny you mention this. I actually saw something today online about DiveRite uses a balanced p-valve that can be used in a wet suit as well (to help with the smell). Didnt check it out but I am sure a quick google search should yeild results.

What a great idea, may sound stupid but I never thought of this. Way off topic here but I know working at a night club if someone comes in with an ID and there is a hole punch in it or it is "disrupted from it's natural form" I can not accept it. I assume this doesnt apply to C-Cards?

I would say 4 of your items are blue and only 2 of your other items are yellow so I would go with the yellow suit. This way to even out the look. Actually I am just a really big fan of anything yellow or orange and since orange wasn't a choice I said yellow. :D

I know that my LDS has a try before you buy policy. They also have there own indoor heated pool so it makes trying the equipment easier.

Man thats a bummer....I know how excited you must have been and then at the last minute to find out no go...well hang in there and do what you have to do and soon enough you will get there.

Think of it this way....if it is close enough to the time where you would have the reg serviced then cut your loss and have it done early and get the unit repaired and serviced. If it is not close just get the hose fixed as dealing with something happening underwater and ruining your dive...

I would like to get some opinions on a Diverite BP/W set up. I am thinking about going with a Transplate Harness and SS Backplate. From reading on their website it appears that this harness will allow single or doubles? This would allow me flexability and not have to purchase another setup aside...

Yes this was brought to be an everyday watch / dive computer so I know it will not turn off. FWIW that didn't work out to well either as this is slightly bigger then i had expected. Hopefully I will be in the water every weekend so who knows maybe it will never come off :D
