i use sab-opticort ear\eye drops works great i find i get swimers ear every year when the weather gets colder.. just from takeing showers but it usaly clears up fast and i can feel it comeing really soon and know when its infected because i get them all the time..

Its not cold water that makes people better its the fact that you have to deal with more gear more weight and more boancy from thicker suits when you remove them diveing is easyer as you have to do alot less with alot less gear..

You can also get neturally blanced al80 .. so at the end of the dive they are netural
