Seen that Similans is highly recommended, I booked a liveaboard for myself for my NewYear. Just google White manta! Can't wait till it is December!! They visit all good sites in Similan. Recommended to me by other divers while in Puerto Gallera.

For me, there were much larger schools and larger size of fish to be seen at verse island. It was my best dive of my entire day in that area on my last trip!!

I stayed with Asia divers and a night crossing by boat (arranged by them) was not a problem.

I can only agree with much of the above!! Very organized and professional... Dives sites within 5-10 minutes (super convenient), lots of different sites but after a few days you will see start seeing the same sites which became boring for me. But the day trip to Verde island was a real highlight...
