Late September/Early October trip to Japan - Dive Ogasawara Islands?

June is known as rainy season. The typhoon season in Japan runs from May through October, with most activity from July to September. I would say September can be a peak. I'm going with some people to Ogasawara in August if that is what you're looking for. Cheers

    Diving Japan in February? Where?

There are day trips to Kerama islands from Naha but Yonaguni is far far away from Naha. You have to fly over there.... If there would be a ferry, it would probably take a day to get there (I think there used be one from Ishigaki island but not Naha). Cheers

    Kyushu area

I have actually found that DiveAdvisor had quite a bit of dive sites listed for Japan as English resource. A Travel Guide to the Best Scuba Diving in Japan PADI Japan has also a nice overview but it's in Japanese. Myself I am in Kanto... Would love to visit and dive Kyushuu some day! Cheers

Trip to Japan in November 2015

Not many local divers check this website every day... I am unfamiliar with dive sites in Kansai (Osaka area) but can get you in touch with divers. If you have Facebook, look for a group called Kansai divers Coming to my side (Tokyo) will only make it colder and my advise would be to go to...
