All mentioned are great. Other options : just south of Eden Rock is Don Fosters and a bit further is Sunset House. Both are nice.
Turtle Reef is my favorite.
Jim. I have an air 2 and reading this discussion (and others like it) is making me think. Which is what I think the op had in mind.
Have a question and comments.
A long hose on a donated primary is what is recommended so that is not a problem right? I am thinking of getting a longer hose...
I have enjoyed the discusion. Good points made.
I have thought about going back to an octo but gonna stay with the air2 (with it's 15in hose) for now. If I do go octopus I see no reason to change inflators. Probally will get a longer l.p. hose for my primary though, it would be safer.
Btw I...
If a driver's equipment drags the reef that it divers fault not .the gear. My air2 never drags the reef. Cost wise the deal I got made it very compatible to an Octo.
Let's hear the rest of the list
Oh boy here we go again
Zack. Back inflate and bp/w are not as bulky and more streamlined either way.
If you are not using much weight you can add weight pockets for some ditchable weight with the rest in trim pouches or cam bands using any style.
You will be told to get shorts...
That should work. I have dived a Lob in the Bahamas in Nov with a 3/2 fullsuit and a lavacore shirt. You can expect temps in the high 60's at times. Avg should be mid 70's. Maybe use your 7 ml vest as a layer. Have fun.
