The Light & Motion Bluefin housing for the Canon HF G10 is now available! Announced in June, and shipping in small numbers now. I love my Bluefin HC3, it's been utterly reliable, and is very compact, but it looks like a new camera will take its place at the top of my rotation.

Anyone know what size spanner wrench will fit the light and motion bluefin handles? I presume I need an adjustable pin spanner of some sort? Thanks.

Anyone hear of any housings yet for this camera? Looks promising for a pure video camera due to its good low light performance, for a single chip camera.

Aside from a difference in the line loaded, and color of the metal, is there a difference between the Manta Junior Reel and the Manta Junior Rescue Reel? Anyone use these reels care to comment on how they like it?

Thanks for all the info. Lahaina Divers did get back to me, saying they have had in the ballpark of 60-70% luck with the mantas at that site. Seems like reasonable odds.

I think Big Island Divers posts their manta count from the night before on their website. It can give you some idea of things are "happening" at Garden Eel cove. I think the pacific manta foundation used to have a list of the night before's manta's by name, but I don't recall seeing this lately.

Yeah Steve, looks promising, but dive companies post pictures of whalesharks or tigersharks they've seen, but I don't necessarily expect to see them on a typical dive. I've seen mantas during the day before, on Kona, but are they frequently seen at one point off Maui?

Does anyone have experience diving the site called "manta point" by Lahaina Divers? Is it a real manta cleaning station with a fair chance of seeing mantas, or is it just a name of convenience like "turtle reef"? Not a poke at Lahaina divers, but I haven't heard of this site before and...

No problem. The HCX housings are nice, though I wish they had real one touch WB through the control handle. My HC3 is great, L&M makes rock solid stuff.

I'm interested in the WAL if it is the Fathom 90 and in good condition. Will you consider selling it separately? I PM'd you a few days ago, but haven't heard back, so I presume you've sold it?

What kind of fathom lens? 90 degree?
