It happened even with the previous Mares MRS system.
I think that the risk to loose a pocket is intrinsic in every system that requires you pull something to dutch weights.
You can accidentally pull it, entagle somewhere and pull, or just the system can become loose with wear.
Because dutching...
While it sticks very well on clean neoprene (and all wet or dry suits I think), It tends to create a flexible plastic film that sooner or later will detach as a whole if used on rubber (like fins). Maybe scratching the surface instead of just degreasing it would provide much more grip...

AFAIK there's nor programmed service, neither other than changing o-ring with battery and possibly do a pressure test.
If it turned off during a dive could be a battery issue or worse, asking for repair.
Go to some parachute training center and ask to someone to bring the case on the next launch to the max altitude, open it and leave it open. They will handle it open when they land - few minutes later - pay a beer to them :)...

I tried lowering the double on my back - nothing.
No weight at all to move some ballast toward my hips ...
I solved the problem just lowering 3 or 4 cm the left d-ring and putting the hip d-ring closer to the backplate.

My son often remember me I was born in the last millennium (not century, millennium !!!) ... our most efficient communication way is through whatsapp, even if I still have some hard time in finding the right emoticon ... (glasses are not enough, maybe a guide dog ... as soon as I'll find one...
I succesfully managed to almost match my Perdix with a Suunto HeLO2 using GF 30/85 and setting the HeLO2 to P-2.
In the normoxic range they agree with maximu a couple of minutes.
I'm speaking of tec dives - never tried with multi-dive recreational liveaboard dives.
