Guess the identity of The Ignored Member Who Must Not Be Named

On the bar up top, between User CP and Calendar you can find a list of threads where the unnamed one has posted. Actually, with the new found love of the ignore, button, I may just add another one! and in other news X2 to the Easy Button for customers :D R

Guess the identity of The Ignored Member Who Must Not Be Named

Since this thread has been resurrected... I have noticed that since the ignoring of The Ignored One Who Shall Not Be Named, I've noticed that that person's posts don't even end up being quoted or responded to so it would seem that although people may not have officially hit the ignore button...

    What would you do?

The super high road is almost as much fun as the low road... If you know this instructor's name (or not) you can always say something like... "Hey, Dude(tte)!! Great to see you! How's the class going folks? (to the students) Fantastic! I gotta finish setting my stuff up, but it's nice to...

    Diving in St. Thomas

As an operator, I can tell you that to do Discover Scuba Diving (resort course) you will have to do some sort of academics and skill review before you go diving. Since you're not coming until March, you have plenty of time to get certified between now and your trip and you'd be able to just go...

Maartens, Thomas, Princess Cays: which should I dive?

With those ports, I'd make sure to do Grand Turk (and St. Thomas :D) Rachel

Send gear UPS/FEDEX or check it with airline

USPS is pretty good, but UPS is ridiculously expensive. If you can carry on, I'd do that and sacrifice having the toothbrush handy. Rachel

    Diving in the Carribbean

Sea Dream and Wind Spirit are two small cruise ships that do an eastern itinerary and port in St. John, I thought you might be cruising. R

A real rescue course - very close near miss

I'll write this one up for the back room in the next day or so. It was good, that's all I'm sayin'. This thread has been hijacked sufficiently. R

    Do you believe in ghosts?

Have you talked to him recently? It would be awfully creepy if something had happened to the guy about the time the stomping started.

    Do you believe in ghosts?

Well, the answer to the original question is yes. Are you SURE the neighbor isn't actually home? Like have you gone down and gone in while you're hearing the pacing? Personally, that would scare the crap out of me but I'd probably do it anyway just to see. Rachel

A real rescue course - very close near miss

Thank you for your support! I actually broke the last divemaster candidate in a writhing pile of goo before he picked himself up and became the star of his IDC :D </hijack>

    Ignore Member

I disagree. Ignored is ignored. I don't need their friends sending me notes to ask why "I don't like so and so." It's junior high tomfoolery and if I wanted to explain to that person I would, but I don't, so I click the ignore, sigh happily, and go on with my life. R

A real rescue course - very close near miss

The voice of reason speaks. It frustrates me to no end when either instructors or students (or both) grossly underestimate not only their own abilities or the abilities of others. It has made me very leery and cautious but that's probably a good thing in the long run. R

UPDATE!! The guy needs at least another 59 dives before he really thinks he should BE a DM. Rachel

    Ignore Member

I only have one on my ignore list because I have never found this person to say anything of value and often detracts from the thread. In fact, I used the ignore because I found myself getting derailed once too often by said individual. ScubaSteve, I'll bet it's the same person, I'll PM you...
