DEMA Bedslide. Rated for 600kg extended and in motion. This covers all heavy stuff that needs to be secured properly. The rest (clothing and suits and stuff) goes on the sides. The rack on the bedslide I made myself.

Here is my "GirlTruck". Made to transport 2 CCR2 cavedivers with scooters, with options for additional SM gear and Ull the Husky sleeping behind the front seats. (it also works with an assortment of doubles and other configs...)
2020 Toyota Hilux. With a rooftent and a 270 awning it covers all...
Make sure you have a small bolt snap tied to the right (thumb) side of the light. This will act as a grip/steadying position for your thumb to rest on. (In addition to working as permanent stow when that is needed) (If I remember, I can take a photo of mine tomorrow)
Just for clarity. In my head/what I use:
P-weight -> Plate weight. Sits in the groove of the backplate. Attaches between bolts on a set of doubles. Sits approximately over/on the lower side of lungs.
v-weight -> V shaped weight, sits on the lower bolt between tanks on your doubles. As you can...
I dont. But I did take 3 kg and strip to the bottom part of the stand closes to the back.
However... I'm a girl, with more "buoyancy" in the hip area. I have had to deal with top heaviness in every configuration. I dive both a GUEJJ and standard Doubles in a dry-suit. So, the trick is to remove...
Did you do it with the water in an insideout suit like in the video? Or with soap on the outside?
The first method is more sensitive with regards to the small difficult holes. It is easier to see soapy water being pushed out of a hole on a dry suit, than it is seeing bubbles on a wet soapy suit.
comfortwize, there should be no need for a pad with a plate. However, check the length of the bolts if you have a single tank adapter or the bolts that hold your plate to your tanks. I do keep storage pads on both my plates. Not for comfort, or storage, but to make sure the bolts don't get in...
With a well adjusted waistband and crotchstrap the BPW will have enough stability to enable you to have quite loose armloops (my brain just stopped working, and the word got lost).
However... The most important, while on the surface, the crotchstrap will provide vertical stability. IE; you will...
Standard issue for diving doubles in Norway.
Shipping might be a problem... And I believe these are made for Steel 12Ls.
I have no idea what bottles you use in the states.
I use this one on my D12 232Bars

The toe is quite swollen. It is difficult to assess redness/pain/warmth from your post. If you have any of the mentioned symptoms I advice you to see a doctor and get proper treatment.
Personally, I think this toe now needs a proper doc!
Edit: Have a chat with your insurance company. They might...
Under the kwark i wear anything from undies, to 2 layers merino and a Trojan heated vest.
That being said. There are absolutely warmer undergarments than the kwark, but when it comes to warmth/maneuvarability/sizeability, the kwark won for me. (Tall girl, with hips. Horrible to fit in anything)...
Rince it properly with clean soap and water. Dress with a band aid. Keep dry. It probably looks a lot worse than it is. Keep eyes open for toe getting red, warm and (more) painful. If this happens seek medical assistance. Betadine can be used for cleaning, but normal soap and _clean_ water (Ie...
PLEASE! Do not put brad spectrum antibiotics on a wound without a doctors assessment that it actually a) needs antibiotics, and b) if it really is so in the S*** that it needs brad spectrum antibiotics.
Resistance to antibiotics is real, and if you don't need it, don't get it. If you need it...
I have no experience with the waterproofs, but i love both my Kwark Navy and Navy Extreme. Live in Norway and do anything from -1C winter Oslofjord dives, through long 4c plura cave dives to summerdiving in balming waters. I'd call the Navy a really nice 3 season suit for my use. For winter...
Might consider that the flexible braided hoses often are a) more floaty, so a pain on long hoses, b) the braids catches on the small hairs in your neck, and c) the braids eats on hoods. But, some like them. Personally... I prefer rubber hoses.
Keep in mind the situation surrounding the eventual use of the back-up regulator.
Stressed diver, with no gas/problem with own quipment coming to you for gas.
Stress causes increased breath work and increased demand on your regulator.
With this in mind, my personal opinion is that the back-up...
