Question Do you cave dive exactly the way you teach people to cave dive? Do you cave dive the way you were taught?

Both of those lines begin at a "Safe Exit Point" so IAW training standards a line is not needed (Except at night). I generally have students run lines in both of those places simply to have them practice running lines UNLESS there are a lot of lines in there already. However, I agree with...

We are looking for the BEST dive sites on Key Largo in March

    Blacktip is Cave Ready.

It is not a top-of-the-line cave dpv. I would not suggest it as a primary cave dpv. It does not have the run-time AND reserve power for doing long cave runs. If you are happy making 2000-2500 cave penetrations as a max, then it will do.

I have used Trip Advisor for planning purposes for several getaway/vacations and it provided accurate and helpful information to me.

I am listening and I do hear some legitimate gripes both on SB and on the boats. I also base my defense of RR in reading trip reports on Rainbow Reef Trip Advisor reports. The vast majority of divers grade RR either 5 star or 4 star on Trip Advisor. Its amazing to me that some divers would...

NOT TRUE. I was captain and head captain at RR for 5 years or so. There is no "Strict" schedule. There is a schedule that we try to adhere to, but it is not strict to the point of endangering divers or having the option of choosing different dive sites based on poor conditions. @FreqFlier I'd...

Has anyone successfully obtained college credit for PADI courses?

I have not but I have heard of lots of folks being able to do it for college credit, not sure about High School credit. Please keep us posted.

There are times when it seems like a cattle boat, very rarely and usually because some other circumstance as: Captain not showing up for the other boat, other boat broken etc..... The six packs are even more crowded unless the divers keep their gear under control. The six-pack boats rock and...
