    Scuba training costs..........

Storm buddy, how are you going to 'rank' an instructor? Why would a shop specify a ranking system of their instructors, and then tell the public? I can imagine the fun everyone would have with that. If you looking for a 'ranking' system with an agency, say Padi, there already is a quasi one in...

My camera documentation show approx number of pics at different res I can save on a given size card. I think I'm pretty much in the area of 1000 pics on my 2Gig at a better than normal res but I can't recall the specifics.

    Trimix gas blend

Sticking to the OP's question, I have to say this is another pretty dumb thread and poll in general. Odds are darn good, and are borne out in the poll as true, that most divers here on S/Brd diving trimix are doing it around the 200ft area, so whether you're a 'best mixer' or 'standard gaser'...

    Air2 thoughts please

Uhmmm, she's got Hep "C".......or his favorite movie is now Brokeback Mountain...don't know which way you swing there bud, but these are serious downsides for me ;) Then again, this makes a case for handing off that 19cf pony bottle...another reason to sling it I'd say.....

    Getting In Control

That's actually pretty common around our parts. We struggle to find suitable locations as far as temps, vis etc go, and we usually end up using the local quarries with a max depth for the students of maybe 24ft. I know for a fact I wouldn't toss an OW student into 50ft on their first 4 dives...

    Scuba training costs..........

So how far East does Western canada stretch? lol. I guess the deal is to just stop under cutting the next guy and start charging what you feel you're worth......it'll probably ensure you get more time for your own diving though :) LOL... $99 dollar OW classes.....good luck. read the fine print...

    DECO planners

LOL. I think he did it again........ There's only a couple keys in-between the two letters on the keyboard.... Regardless of what 'model' you want to use, get some training, which regardless of what deco training agency it is, will give you the beginnings of what you are looking for. As it...

    DECO planners

Z-Planner is a Buhlman based decompression program that is based on the original ZPlan console developed by William M. Smithers. Z-Planner is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) program that was written by Ross Hemingway. Use V-planner :), as above noted, Z-planner is 'older', but I think James...

    Freeflow at 140'

Not a bad thing, but as has been said, gas is pretty much a primary concern, and you never plan on using a gas you're not carrying. A little bit different than not trusting that your happy-boat will not be there, but then again, we have a plan for that too, it just happens to not be 'carry a...

Trim? Let's discuss how to manage trim

I'm everywhere Andrew, you're just going to have to get in the water with me so I can show you ;) I even recall mentioning I would work with YOUR gear that you currently own,...not my personal preference, but I understand, and of course we can trim a brick out if we have too. (Actually that...
