I'm here now. Not diving, snorkeling with my brother. The reef looks fairly far out for shore diving. We've been going to Spotts beach on the south side, found turtles and stingrays so far two days in a row. May go out front of Macabuca tonight (late).

If you pierce the water 'toes first', what part of the impact is what makes it lethal? Admittedly, I've always had a hard time wrapping my head around landing in water from relatively short heights and it being fatal.
