for those of you who dont know Aloha Scuba Divers caters to the locals. though they are based in Wahiawa. they have a no thrills prices, which means you pick up your gear or tanks meet the divemaster/instructor where ever then you are responsible for getting the gear/tanks back.so their everyday...
last year my mentor kirsten was diving some people at kewalo pipe and got some awesome footage of a family of whales. 60 feet of water about 1/4 mile off shore.

um do alot of diving this winter thru spring, saying some prayers cant hurt, but the most important thing to remember is???? keep a camrea ready!!! if you dont get shots or footage....it never happened, also scubadrew works with a company that does dolphins thing of some sort

yeah its a sad thing....I wish I could have found the end but everything was so twisted and wrapped tight, to the point where the turtle cant use that flipper, and its wrapped right up close to the shell.
was at the Y.O yesterday and spotted a turtle chillin on the deck of the san pedro. i spotted some mono line around its left flipper, on closer look there was a thick band of mono rapped around the flipper right up close to the shell which kept the turtle from using it. i tried to get it off but...
actually there is plenty of that right here in honolulu. the problem is the time left to find what will fit your needs. would suggest you check thru the local advertising medium, thats if your looking to hit honolulu.
kanonfodr I really think you will love these fins,first thing you will notice is they are much lighter. the second thing you will notice they are much faster.and from a photographers point of view it was easy to stay where i wanted to with these fins. i think anyone that gives them a fair shot...
they are taking some getting used to as they are much lighter. but they do have the power I look for in a fin and i guess I got lucky with my replacement as the shop i went thru had a good rep
yeah but the sherwoods fin is a bit stiffer. and the vents (as I call them) are further up the fin which really gives them some push.i have seen the oms and I hate copy cats even though they are lighter.
and yes that is the best scubaboard post ever !!!!!!
nope no hinges.....dont believe in fins like that. test drove the omegas for a while. but thats it.

but I did have a scuba pro jet fin crack. the good news about that is scuba pro replaced it for free with a new pair. these fins are lighter and just plain do it all...
