I have a pair of whites evo boots. I don't find them too stiff, and so far the quality seems ok, the colour had faded a fair bit but asides from that they seem fine. They are very bulky though. I am only a size 11 but have to use a Hollis F1 XXL with them.

How was the battery life? I'm interested in using a BM underwater but my concern is that the battery life and card space would be very short.

PS - the online manual says to rinse the unit with sweet water after diving. What is sweet water? Just a different term for fresh water.

I did it a few years ago in 7mm, it was chilly, the first 2 dives it didn't really affect me but towards the end of the 3rd I was really feeling the cold but not to the point that it caused me any issues or lessened my enjoyment. I did a weekend and stayed in their old train carriage which was cool.

I doubt it, they have just been announced and it says they won't ship till Jan 2015.
