I'll be at the Turtle Cove Inn in Provo come January. Does anyone have any recent experience with this hotel, and any recommendations for nearby food, drink, and (oh yeah) dive ops? I read about Fifi all the time here, what about some of the others?

I'm on my second set (aging eyes) from scuba.com. I only wear one of them, though, on the left side, where I keep my gauges. I couldn't dive without them and have never had any problem.

Quick question about the Pressed Steel E series: with their Yoke/DIN Valve are you able to use the yoke connection (as opposed to the DIN connection) at full pressure (3442 psi) or only when the tank is filled to 3000 psi or less?

My dumb question of the day, which really never became an issue until I started wearing less weight: I'm floating at the surface, properly weighted as instructed (I checked in the manual!), with no air in my BC or in my lungs and the water line at about my eye level. How do I descend?

All I can say is, that at 30 dives, all in the ocean, some from boats, some from shore, some in warm water, some in cold, and about to do finish AOW, I feel very much an inexperienced diver with a lot to learn. Low intermediate, at best. And it's already starting to make me feel very nervous...

Thanks for the positive recs. I'm not too sure what you mean by "cold," though--last August in Bermuda I wore a 3mm in 80 degree water, but the everyone else was in a bathing suit. I'm more used to the 50s at home, so I'm actually looking forward to simple pleasures like leaving my gloves...
