"Grinding" winches can be hell on the shoulders. It's a circular type of motion that can put a lot of strain on the rotator cuff if you're not used to it. Plus the stance you take over a winch can be awkward which can cause added strain in the wrong muscles and joints. Lots of huge forces...

@scubadada I stand corrected on the algorithm being Z+. I scanned the manual and went right to the specs where it said Buhlman ZHL-16C. None the less, if I was in the market for an AI d.c., this would definitely be on my short list.
