After my break and knee damage it took six months for me to ease back, and then it was a roll off the boat no real walking with gear on and pulling off my gear in water and pulling it up...it kinda sucked but I was glad to be diving again!

I have a beat up left leg and a good hard day of diving and I'm slow as hell in the water the next day and I have had some whopper leg cramps so if I feel like it's going to be one of "those days" I eat bananas that morning they help alot.

Continue my exploration as a Florida resident, this will be season three I packed in a whopping 200 dives this season and I still feel like I did not do enough. ...damn work..

Seems like a long long tome ago mid '90s in Abilene TX, the shop was Underwater Connection with checkout dives even further out in Balmorhea TX. My future wife and I did AOW through the same shop years later with checkout dives at Possum Kingdom Lake, TX.

So how do the upgrades look and have all of the new attractions been set? All of the photos on the facebook page look great! So what's everyone's thoughts?

I was at Venice last weekend and viz is ok at 5-6 ft still some red tide left over junk on the bottom and lots of dead horse shoe crab, tooth hunting was good for lots of small teeth I collected 565 and another guy went down and came right back up with a 3" meg. I'm heading south this weekend...

Hello fellow Troll's I have very curious request, I have been doing a little research and I know when all of the bridges were built and opened as well as the park the scuba attractions are coming into play as well. But my question is does anybody know when scuba diving became popular on the bridge?

I need help with id'ing this old Zeagle reg I bought it new in 1997 and it's last service was 2003. My brother likes to use it so I need to service it. Any help would be great.

Family Scuba had control over Valhalla right? And if so I wonder if it will remain open, they did a lot of work in the silo a few years ago. And good luck!
