I used a 5 mil and hooded vest in Cabo and Acapulco in mid february and was very comfortable.

My son and I did two dives in Cabo several weeks ago and used MANTA. Its a PADI outfit and is located close to where our cruise ship (The Radiance of the Seas) docked. The dives were good and the staff was very professional. We had a great time.
