My son and I dove the Cove last Monday and it was a great experience. We were there by 9:30 and got a parking place close to the steps. We rented tanks and weight at Sports Chalet. It is a three day rental and the rates were very reasonable. Check out the San Diego Dives? thread from last...
Our trip to the Cove was great. We toured the area on Sunday and went back for a dive on Monday. The place was packed on Sunday and there was no parking within a 4 to 5 block area. Monday morning we were able to park within about 5 spots of the stairs. The dive went well although the surge...
LaJolla seems like a great place to spend the day. My son and I will need to rent some tanks and weight. Does OEX provide that service and if not do you know any local shops that do? Thanks for your help!
I'm going to be in San Diego at the end of the month for a conference. My son wants to come down from Lancaster for some weekend dives. Any suggestions on some good
dive ops and sites?

but did drive by a shop near Traverse...
I recently purchased an RS 670 with the SPG and a TUSA 950 Zen Air. The Zen Air was back ordered and arrived separately. The first stage of the RS 670 is very compact and when I went to install the transmitter it won't fit without hitting the bc inflator hose on the one side or the second...
There was a thread I read awhile back that indicated Scubapro contracts with Tabatha (TUSA) to build regulators. I just purchased a RS-670 and wondered if the Scubapro/TUSA connection was true?
My son and I did two dives in Cabo several weeks ago and used MANTA. Its a PADI outfit and is located close to where our cruise ship (The Radiance of the Seas) docked.
The dives were good and the staff was very professional. We had a great time.
I'll be cruising on the Radiance of the Seas out of San Diego on Feb. 12. My son and I want to get some dives in when we stop in Cabo, Acapulco, and Ixtepa (Zihuanejo). Does anyone have some info on dive ops in those ports that will pick up close to the ship? I'm thinking a 5 mil with a...
