Sure, you can change, delete, or add new images in other locations. Have a look at this tutorial on the WordPress block system to compose your pages: What are WordPress Blocks? And How Do They Work? Explained!

Diving Wordpress Themes for a website?

Honestly, WordPress is really, really easy to use, particularly now with the block editor. I would recommend a simple, clean theme available for free like Neve

Diving Wordpress Themes for a website?

This is $69: Product Demo | i3dTHEMES But do you really need a specific scuba diving theme? There are many very good free themes that can be easily adapted for a scuba website. Any particular requirement?

Newly certified, looking for gear... abroad?

Resellers make more money when prices are higher, and that is why Scubapro is pushed so hard in countries where prices are artificially kept up... There is also more money for direct and indirect marketing, that way. So don't look at resellers as they are just innocent victims of an evil company ;)

Infuriating (to me) scuba scene in a car commercial

Well, you better make sure there are no actresses around when you go diving yourself and set up your own gear! :)

    Over moderating

Personally i don't need moderation in those situations. Whoever quotes race, nationality, language spoken and other similar traits as a reason of superiority is off to the ignore list with immediate effect. What i can say that could probably help the moderators is that the list is growing fast....

    Seaskin trilam drysuit purchase simulation

I would say: Nova Option-Quick Neck system with Silflex sea - Seaskin Custom Diving Suits And this: Dry Suit Option - Warm Neck Standard - Seaskin Custom Diving Suits

How to figure out how much to tip.

Not sure about Cozumel, but generally I tip $20 or 20% of what I paid for the dive(s), whatever is the highest.

Newly certified, looking for gear... abroad?

Make sure you add shipping costs and import taxes though. Quite often the final cost ends up being the same as buying in the US...

    Over moderating

I have to be honest, I am Italian-born (left the country decades ago) and when I saw a particular member being very derogative about being Italian with one of the nicest (Italian) people on here I was genuinely upset. There was no moderation in that case, but I don't particularly care because...

Infuriating (to me) scuba scene in a car commercial

As a follow up to the 'white male' observation (that i personally find irrelevant), i am now expecting some comments about the fact that those two are clearly not distancing and not wearing masks.... Joking apart, what's really wrong in the selection of subjects is that they are two slim young...

    Seaskin trilam drysuit purchase simulation

Most definitely add a p-valve. I have been diving in dry suits without it, and I found that very... stressful. If you haven't added it yet, the warm neck is also worth having.

    Computers for farsightedness

I would sort the lenses on the mask first. If you can't read the computer easily there is a lot of little critters that you are missing in your dives for the very same reason. Once you can see properly, then the choice of computer is up to what you like, not how big the screen is.

Math is Scary - Drowning is (probably) Scarier

Can I just say, Vikings or not, we have 24 hours in a day.... Apparently we owe that to ancient Egyptians. And the sexagesimal system for hours and minutes was developed by Babylonians

Math is Scary - Drowning is (probably) Scarier

The scariest thing about this thread is that after five pages of profound discussions about underwater complex mathematics and measurement units nobody has fixed the spelling mistake in the title, yet :)

    Grab Bag

I would ask what their return policy is... There is no risk if you can return everything for a refund, in case you don't like the content of the bag.

    PADI specialties: how to choose

I wouldn't suggest peak buoyancy, unless you have problems with that. Altitude diver, if you are planning to dive lakes in the Alps. And ice diving, of course :)

    Seaskin trilam drysuit purchase simulation

Thanks for the input, water temperature here is similar (25 to 30C year-round), so your opinion on Seaskin suitability is reassuring. Seaskin is also much cheaper than the EX2 and made to measure, so now I am really tempted...
