It sounds like you might be tightening the shoulder straps too much OR when you get on the surface the buoyancy of it lifts the vest up. When you are on the surface do you get extra space between your shoulders and the strap or does it still fit snugly resting on your shoulders.

That is really good to hear, it is hard to sort through all of the stories but overall it seems like Aeris makes a good product. If my LDS was an Aeris dealer I would end up getting it from him, even if it was a bit more, but I am at least able to get it from another LDS that is only 20 miles...
