Trilogy is a full-day trip from Maui to Lanai on a big cat. No scuba, snorkeling & snuba only. If the surf is up, the entry & exit can be challenging for a novice (steep beach). It's a fun family trip, with great food. A number of dive op's from Maui make the trip for diving. Have fun.

Yep, they were there 06/18/13 on both dives. We had 8-10 sightings of probably 4 or 5 sharks. Of course the other group saw a school, a Galapagos shark, and a manta, and an eagle ray... I was totally unprepared with camera settings, having not touched it for over a year- so only a couple lame...

Any comments on the "Manta dives" offered by a couple op's- mid June?

I like to go far on miles, and save long enough for bus/first class. I have used AA miles to fly to Manila twice on Cathay, and Anilao can be done nicely for $175/day total. Looking at Indo. for next trip- almost there on miles!

Thanks again all. Scuba Mike is the one op. who I had not looked at yet. I'm the only cert. diver, and my 2 kids will be doing at least their first discovery/intro dive- hopefully more!
