    Monday: Doing a week of teaching at the college, so everytime I had to go to the classroom on the 2nd floor, I sprinted up the stairs two at a time rather than take the elevator. Managed quite a few trips during the day.

    Saturday was another day of boxing and moving. Sunday: Nice slow stretching with "Good Mornings" and full "ATG Squats". Really loosened my back after some of the bending and twisting yesterday. Pushups 10 x 2 14# medicine ball cleans with full ATG squat x 10 1000m Row Lot's of deep lung...
