Strange. I wonder if your unit has an actual issue. I did have problems pairing on Win10 Creators Update, but that was a known issue with 1709. My Android phone (OnePlus) and two different laptops work flawlessly with it on 1803. Have you contacted support?

OK we'll have to disagree. The other manual barely covers OC mode apart from one small section. The second manual is dedicated to OC mode. From the manual Besides, what is air other than EAN 21.
