DIR- GUE Replaceable Drysuit Neck and Wrist Seals - Latex or Silicone?

Well, from experience there is quite the difference in stiffness between the orust and the quick neck system..I really didn't like the quick neck as it was stiffer and I could feel it on my shoulders..the orust, where you don't need any tool to change seals, is softer and much more comfy.. this...

DIR- GUE Replaceable Drysuit Neck and Wrist Seals - Latex or Silicone?

love my orust si-tech flex neckring and nordic blue wrist rings. super flexible and easy to use. Always have spare seals around..already had two buddies rip their neckseals at different times and could easily replace them. Would never get a suit without them. Don't notice the neck ring at all...

    BlackTip Batteries

My DIY batteries built on 21700’s are both more powerful and lighter then the dewalts so have to stock wheel weights to the batteries to match the original weight. But they work great

    DPV scooters with head lights.

It's one more unnecessary failure point..if you want lights, then you can easily strap them to any dpv.. I for one would def. not want built in lights..one more thing that will break

    BP/W - why I should use a weight belt

diving dry about 90% of the time, with SS backplate and heavy steel doubles I don't need any more weight, possibly a buttweight depending on tanks.. the rest of the time is either super casual skin/rashy with alu, then just the steel backplate is enough, with 5mm/single alu I would add 1-2 kg...

    BlackTip Batteries

althought, as an e-bike, this shouldn't be an issue..but just to be safe, you might want to check the current rating of the battery to make sure it's fine(again, I can't imagine a 20Ah pack not being able to handle max 24Ah..but better safe then sorry) Also, how about the weight etc? I saw on...

    New DPV - Dive Xtras

im planning to use knifeless tape around the edge to get it just to the edge, but not over over..yes, usually when wrapping you should go over the edge but for this as mentioned, it will interfere with sealing

    Blacktip firmware modifications

hmm, ok. I'm using 21700 as they are great density wise and can get grade A bulk easy/cost efficient here. 10AH/15/20 are tested/doable sizewise.

Is having an underwater strobe as a tank light a signal for help?

A strobe is just that, a strobe, usually used to mark some point. Are you thinking to replace your normal light with the strobe or? but regarding your info.. you should be diving as a team together, using lights, especially if the visibility isn't great. And you are all responsible to keep...
