The dorkdiver subforum died when it was discovered no one on an internet forum wasn't one.
Backdoors don't have numbers so they're harder to find. Doesn't mean there aren't any.
In boat diving there is truly little chance of avoiding exercise.
In the smallest seas, your skeletal muscles get a workout just stabilzing you. In moderate seas you will certainly get a workout.
Politics aside, we will likely see more incidents like this as they have a profound impact on economies without a lot of material or manpower being exposed.
A capful of baby shampoo in an old container full of distilled water.
For new masks , straight baby shampoo for the first few dives and only rinse about 90% out.
Not that I'm aware of. There were some treasure hunters blowing sand at a few other wrecks but seemed to have left it alone. There's two smaller wrecks in the area as well. One is just hullplates and the other is pipes of some sort resting on something.

About as accurate a moniker as an 8 yr old with a black belt. Strictly an ego feeding proposition. Not that the classes don't have value, the title deserves any derision it gets.
Had full on vertigo and nausea after a normal ascent within NDL. Couldn't open my eyes without vomiting for 3 days.
Returned to diving after a couple months and still had occasional vertigo for years. Did several thousand dives after that.
As far as NDL, I don't consider bumping it...

That being said I've dove up there in big seas and it was nice to have every...
Good news!
Would love to see more involvement from the recreational sector in removing these guys. Of course that would involve charters and private boats not hitting the same spots day in and out.
I've had 70 fish commercial dives and it was hard not to get at least a dozen per dive on...
