Probably. Take some breaths off of it before every dive to be sure. I doubt that you'll have issues.

If it breathes fine, I'd keep using it.

I'm not familiar with that BCD, but if it has a crotch strap, then add a butt plate. I use it as a main clip point for a lot of those things.

Don't over-do things that you end up losing the joy of diving in the process. I've been diving one or two years, and I've met too many burn-out divers. Take time to smell seahorses. It's a big ocean, and not only won't you be able to see it all in one dive, it's not possible to see it all in one...

Everyone is different. Every pain is unique. Inversion tables made it worse for me, but my injury was way too far.

I'm sorry I didn't reply to this back in 2016, but I just bought a wing from DGX and it went on just fine. I actually came back to this thread because this is still my favorite BC. I still have the same webbing and fiber backplate, but the bladder was broken when I was in Fiji.

I first dove the Zeagle Express Tech back in 2009. Thousands of dives later and it's still my first choice: Zeagle's Express Tech: The first and last BC most will ever need (or want)

Scuba is not for everyone. My trick for teaching mask clearing. Stand waist deep in a pool, then put your face in the water and put on your mask. Stand up, and talk. Yep, talk with a mask full of water. A third of the people will gag because they can't keep the water out of their nose. Try it...

You're really overthinking this. Go and have fun. Have a boatload of fun. Blow bubbles, do flips, and be a kid again.
