if I'm only doing scubapro balanced 2nd stages & I have this tool: Scubapro Balanced Chamber Tool do I need the inline adjustment tool, or is that just a different tool to do the same thing?

I love videos for stuff like this. It's great to have the manuals & schematics, but for me seeing it done is more effective than reading about it.

I have reading to do. I have a box of scuba tools and don't know how to use them. yet... LOL read a couple docs on the Mk5, doesn't look that complicated. tools came in about 10 days ago but I had to make a run out of state & didn't even open the box for a week.

I have the tool on my "get one later" list. I'm thinking that when I do buy one, to get a gauge with it as well. Nice to have a 2nd one to confirm what the first one tells me. They don't cost that much.

the dual drive tool doesn't include the gauge. is the gauge required or can that tool be used along with an IP gauge on the LP hose?

FWIW, I was a solo diver, then a kraken & now back to solo diver. nary a clue... not that it really matters LOL

I didn't look to see where they are. I think the post I saw dealt with an order delay in the middle of those winter storms that were shutting down a lot of roads & power. could be they're still impacted in some way & this isn't typical?

don't know where else to get the brand specific tools that scubatools has yet. I'm just getting started & not in any rush at all, so I'm not in any sort of bind. I was just surprised to see that a week after having been charged it still hadn't shipped.

Parts kits and some stuff for 2 stage regs here, though they mostly cater to the double hose needs: Store - Vintage Double Hose VDH shipped almost immediately. I ordered from both at the same time & the VDh order got here quickly. And they used the post office.

I recall seeing a posts somewhere regarding scubatools being slow. Yep, good thing I'm not in a rush. Place an order on 2/24. Account was charged on 2/25, I've already paid for it. Order status on 03/04? Not shipped. most places don't charge until they're ready to go, I guess ST doesn't play...

US cleaner is here, one parts kit for a Mk5 and an IP gauge. rest of the tools on the way. will use an old, spare Mk5 as the stage to learn on for the first time.
