I have found VDH to be an very valuable resource. Service kits, parts -including replications of ones no longer made- service kits, videos, there's a LOT to support people there.

FWIW, I ordered some o rings last week. They shipped in less than a day & arrived 2 days ago. They ship from Cyprus.

I have a friend with a boat in PCB, he might want to come over. He has his own boat over there but does come to Pensacola sometimes to dive. Wife is dealing with a knee problem & not diving right now.

yes. just looked and it does state 6mm for this part. I found a couple of videos, not in english. they're not bad but the guy doesn't explain anything & other than that I haven't seen it done before.

I have the o ring tool. Is the allen wrench size for the DIN adapter a 6mm? It feels like the right fit but it hasn't released yet & I don't want to put too much pressure on it without being sure of the tool size.

Mk2 is done, ready to dive. Now to convince myself to take the Mk25 apart...

Mk5 is done, ready to dive. Mk2 in the ultrasonic. It's not too bad, didn't get dove that much either but maybe more SW than the 5 saw. Super simple design.
