    Now that is something I did not consider the advantages of an independant in a monifold setup - I also like your idea of the way you use the long hose. Thanks for the ideas I think I will try your way of using the long hose.

    Thanks for the reply you are correct Wendy - I am the one to dive it, I believe I have thought the issues through but have read some good things on the board and always value a reasoned opinion.

    Diving independants there is no secondary and primary - swapping is neccessatated due to gas managment - hence I want them both on a necklace in front of me - they are attached in such a way that thye can just be pulled off when a dontaiton is needed.

    I just got back from Cozumel....Was doing 2 days a day all non deco, flew to Chitz in a little Saab 6 seater which was great fun we didn't go over 3,500 feet the whole trip. Although they also had a bigger plane going which held about 25 people and apparantly went much higher... Why not see...

    Integrated wight belts are certainly conveniant, however it depends on the diving you do.....Here in the UK we do a lot of RIB diving and the standard procedure is to hand out your weights then your BC then fin kick into the RIB. With a dry suit and gloves on people sure do struggle to unzip...
