I don't know what kind of diving you plan on doing, but A 55# wing is not going to be that much bigger than a 40# double. I would consider 55# lift. I use an Oxycheq 55# wing, diving wet - mostly twin 80's here in CA and 95s-104s in FL. Floats me fine & held up well for the last couple years.

If you've knocked over your tank in the past the stem might be bent. I've had this problem before. Only after removing it could I see the bend. I took it to the LDS and we swapped it out while I waited.

I have loops of intertube on my webbing and a bungee loop that I thread my Inflator and hose through.

The Sea Bass is probably the best boat for visiting the rigs. Richard and the crew know the dive well and do a great job. The Sea Bass is fast, you get your dives in and get back to dock so you don't get too much heat at home! We use them all the time.
