I have emailed them. Have not heard back. Supposed to be docked 8am to 6pm, not sure if I could get there in time to make the boat as their schedule says leaves at 8.

So, I will be going to New Zealand by cruise ship. One day stops at Dunedin(dec.27), Akaroa(dec.28), Wellington(dec.29) and Picton(dec.30). What are my chances of hooking up with a charter or dive shop for a charter or some good shore diving? I have not had any response from emailing dive shops...

The problem I have with the idea is running that high of a setpoint at depth...

I got bent back in 05. It hit me about 8 hours after surfacing. Hit in the left wrist. 2 chamber rides later the numbness and pain was almost gone. Took a month off, started diving again. Got bent in the same place probably 30 or 40 times. Self treated with oxygen until the numbness went away...

Look on VRBO. We just got back a week ago and rented a nice place at Light House Beach Resort. Reasonably priced and nice location.

I think a friend of mine was on the boat in Fiji. Pretty sure he caused it to sink...bad luck follows him.

I would use those tanks...no problem. And I am not a customer of AH.

From what I have seen/ heard is there is very little difference between hardwired and stand alone. I have 2 stand alones and never been bent on a rebreather.

I have had 2 or 3 rubber hoses fail, although they were old and well used. No failures with braided yet.

VR3, They come up for sale cheap. If you skip the deep stops they follow a 50/70 gradient factor within a minute or 2.
