Skip the silicone. The lube keeps the o-ring from drying out. Doesn't provide the seal. You don't really need to lube it at all, but if you feel you must, use christo-lube or similar, NOT silicone.

There's a place on the bayside if you turn at the honda dealer. Waterfront, but didn't get a chance to go there, but it was recommended by some "locals". I forget the name.
there are some package deals offered at a few hotels... you can usually do better booking separately online.
We get a 1 or 2 br condo for around 100/night (cheaper than most hotels).
There's one in Tavernier (Ocean Pointe Suites), and we just stayed in Moon Bay (Key Largo). Both are nice.
but I say use the gas with the lowest o2 that is not hypoxic.. ie. don't try and breath a bottom mix with 12% o2. In that case, use your lowest deco gas (or travel mix).
