I'm not sure, but I have been hearing a lot about them closing it again because of the flood this Jan. There is a dive shop in St. George UT that might have more info for you...Aqua Sports.
 
I just saw an episode of Deepsea Detectives about the B-29. They said the water level was down 70 feet and the plane was at 180 feet. It was an interesting show. they talked to a few guys involved with the experiments the plane was conducting. The plane had 5 crew members aboard, and they all survived the crash. They talked to the only one alive now, a scientist that was conducting the experiments on board. Here are a couple links:
