For St. Croix, there are several dive shops located in very close proximity (short walking distance) to the cruise ship pier. St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures (SCUBA) is the shop I typically use, as they have shops and boats located at each of the two major towns (Christiansted and Frederiksted) on St. Croix.

However, every dive operation on St. Croix has great reputations, so you can't go wrong with any of them. Nep2une Scuba Diving and Cane Bay Dive Shop are a couple others that are within walking distance of the cruise ship pier.

Shore diving the pier itself is typically restricted when the cruise ships are at the pier, but other good diving is just a quick boat ride away.

Thanks most islands there is no issues Grenada and maybe Antigua shops saying protocols prevent cruise passengers? Seems Granada has few dive operators but good shore dives if a guide can be found. YouTube me for dive phodeos.
