I am intrigued

That is an abused and used regulator.

I have a file of most of the equipment made in the US to the mid 1980s which i have partially reviewed but have not located a regulator with your regulator's exact configuration.

Approximate age?
Years in use?
etc,etc,,

The exhaust T on the Scubapro 108 second stage places it as a mid to late 1960's regulator.

The first stage is definitely a Scubapro Mk-3. I serviced many of them. The first stage looks like a 1972 or newer (the piston cap changed around that time), but the exhaust T on the second stage looks from an older version.

I am thinking this may be a mix of parts, more that just the yoke screw.

You can definitely find the first stage from the 1973 catalog forward.

The style of the exhaust T is not as clear in the catalogs (the pictures and sketches mostly show the front), so I am basically going by memory... which is not as reliable anymore... Oh well...
 
Scubapro Mk3 with early yoke. Newly rebuilt. It will be coupled with a period correct 108 and Sportsways Sea-Vue gauge.

White Stag 4000. It’s a Mk3/108 in disguise. Internally, same spring and piston as the Mk3. Seat and o-rings all the same. Old style 108 diaphragm, interchanges with the WS 4000. The WS yoke screw looks very similar to the Sportsways yoke screw from the OP’s picture.

As mentioned above,

It's an mk3 108 combo with an incorrect yolk.
Probably got mixed and matched late 60's / early 70's. It's in horrid condition, you can get the combo in good condition for around 40-70 dollars depending on the seller. In my opinion it's either a conversation piece or something to chuck in the bin.

Even if you try to restore it before sale, there's more corrosion on that thing than on the Brittanic... I'd skip it tbh.
