We took away the "Surface Interval" user group... and apparently, that gave you permission to see the site. I'm running new permissions on it now, so it should be visible to you soonly.
As TC said, we're getting ready to port over to the new site by the end of this month and are doing a lot of behind the scene maintenance. If something breaks, we'll do our best to fix it for you... but try to tell us what's actually wrong. If you don't see a forum(s), let us know that.
