Are those 2.5" or 3" and what brand?

3" Bands. Not sure what brand. I got them used and I can't see any markings on them.
They worked well on the few dives I used them for. They held a pair of HP130 tanks. I'm just moving back to 7.25" tanks rather than 8" so I don't need them anymore.
The bands are in decent shape. I cleaned them up since I first got them. The bolts work but are a bit stiff in places. I was going to get a new bolt set if I kept them. They are missing one wing nut and washer, but I always used the Delrin wheels so never needed them.
