How to set the turn-off pressure in a Cornelius ?

Hi.
My 130R2100 compressor is calibrated to turn off at 1600psi. Want to set it for 3000psi
To adjust at which pressure the compressor switches off; do I alter the rod supporting the switch height or some piston travel adjustment ?

The support rod is at the bottom right end;
The piston is at the center of the golden round element left of the black rectangular switch, with the safety lockwire :

OK, found something...
The turn-off pressure and the venting-pressure are different. The switch height adjustment alters the off-point, but of no good if the venting is set lower as pressure will never rise enough for the switch to act. :shakehead:
I need to raise the venting pressure. Still unsure of what to do.
