Aloha p_kos, that is indeed a nice example, but I'd hate to rip it apart just to restore it with my guts.
I actually have spare units, but I am trying to find a clean center (perhaps off someone with a beat up "yoke nut" or scratched top end, or better yet, NOS spare.

No problem, I wish you luck finding just the body but if it’s out there someone on this board will track it down for you eventually. I’ll keep mine and one day service it, it will make a nice compact drysuit inflator reg and double as a ballast weight, lol.
 
Indeed - If it were not for the "metric" threads, these things are among the smallest and most reliable regulators. No moving o-ring, and a fairly sealed chamber, you can make even more sealed with the vodka cup :)
