This is the 2nd Video in a series on Scuba Regulator Servicing. It focuses on Reassembly of the 1st Stage after Disassembly and cleaning. Stay tuned for the 3rd video on Testing and Tuning the first stage after Reassembly.

Hello. Overall, the video was very nicely done.
Thanks very much.
Cheers.

I didn't comment after video #1.
But seeing this technique of hand torquing regulators is just unacceptable.
Apeks may be one of the last diaphragm regs to specify "snug, metal-to-metal" for their diaphragm clamp in lieu of a torque setting, but in my mind, installation still requires a vise to hold the reg body. The tool used in the video even has a broach for a 3/8" handle, which is not used.
And the DIN bolt does have a torque setting, which is entirely disregarded in this video.

I'm sorry, but this is not a model for reassembly.
