I’m not a big fan of La Perlita, either. Their ceviche is good, particularly the lionfish, but the other dishes have been mediocre to disappointing, often dry and overcooked. I’ve also found the service spotty. Sometimes it is good, but more often not. I’ve been there a number of times over the years and I want to like it, but I’m typically disappointed. I’ll go if we’re with others who want to go, but it’s not one of my top choices.
