We are trying to get a sense of how many members edit BB code (Bulletin Board).

Occasionally. If I'm trying to do something with a post that the automation doesn't make simple or even possible. You could add a line of code to the javascript so you get a log when someone clicks it.
redactor_btn_switchmode is the class you need, I think.

I will if trying to place specific sized pictures to make the report much easier to read. But I only do this maybe once a year and wouldn't miss BB edit if it went away.

If the post looks good on preview, I won't bother. If it works, it works.

If the post doesn't look like I want to it to, it's BB code edit time.

Usually, it looks good.

I use it mostly for editing link descriptions or setting up quotes the way I want them.

Can you teach us more?

Oooooo. I will now. Lists!

Have you noticed these menu options?

Note the red text in square bracket that is automatically inserted in your editor when you click reply to a post:

BAM! You are using BB code. :)

OK, I fudged a little for illustration purposes. It will all be the same color and font when you do it.
